The world wide web has provided us almost everything we need at the lowest cost or free of cost.
Canva is one of the best tools for designing almost everything a small business needs for branding and marketing such as logos, colour schemes and other design elements.
On Canva you can create social media posts, Posters, Banners, Infographics, Presentations, Graphs, Reports, Planners, Proposals and much more.
You can also create short presentation videos, animated videos, your YouTube channel cover image, Videos thumbnail, Facebook page or group cover and so on.
The best part is you don't need design skills to create wonderful creations. You can use Canva free of cost although you can use free trials for pro membership ( for a single person) or team membership (if you have a team).
We both will get one premium photo, icon or illustration. HaHaHa.
I'm suggesting Canva since I have been using it from last so many years and had designed more than 3000 creatives out of that many have gone viral.
HOW TO USE CANVA?
You can use the web version of Canva on your PC or laptop or you can download the app on your personal computer/laptop/mobile.
Before using Canva you have to
1 Sign up on canva
You can sign up through your Google account or through your email account.
2 After signing up through your email account you will get a verification link in your mail. Click it to verify.
3 Log in to your account.
4 You will be on your home page where you will find different things you can do in the top bar, right bar and suggestions.
You can also search for the designs you wanted to make.
Customize sizes can also be created for specific needs or banners.
5 Start using the suggestions and templates to create your design.
6 You can also learn from their blogs and design school and use Canva
I suggest you a simple way to start and use Canva.
a) Choose the template
You have to choose a template for the design you want to create.
For example, the logo of your business. Choose the logo template you will find many logo designs free of cost or for pro members.
Select the design or you can start with a blank template.
Click it and a page will open in a new tab.
b) Edit your design.
On the new tab, you can edit your design by using the given template, adding or removing elements, adding or removing photos, adding or editing text and much more.
If you are not having design skills you can use the readymade template, just edit the text, elements and photo you want to add and download it to share.

c) Download or Share
After completing your editing you can download it directly on your personal computer or mobile. You can also share it directly on almost all social media platforms.
